High Wizard stats:


Str: whatever
Agi: whatever
Vit: Put all stats remaining here
Dex: 99 Base
Int: 90+ total (+bonus) Should be divisible by 6
Luk whatever

Skill Build:

Mage:
Increase Spiritual Power = 10 (Semi Optional you can skip this if you choose to max other skills).
Cold Bolt = 5-10 (Great skill against fire monsters see leveling guide below for more info if you will max this).
Fire Bolt = 10 (You should max this as this skill will help you level fast.)
Lightning Bolt = 4 (Stay it at level 4 just for requisite of Lord of Vermilion and Jupitel Thunder.
Napalm Beat = 4 (If you will learn Soul Strike Skill).
Soul Strike = 5-10 (Optional skill if you want to level up fast in Glast Heim or Anubis, or get Safety Wall it has fast casting speed).
Thunder Storm = 1 (Prerequisite for Lord of Vermilion).
Fire Ball = 5 (Prerequisite for Fire Wall).
Fire Wall = 10 (Helps you in leveling in a lot of situations).
Stone Curse = 1 (If you are going to get quagmire and Heaven's Drive).
Safety Wall = 10 (This is optional but will help you in leveling a lot it has 11 counts of melee attack protection @lvl 10).
Sight = 1 (Need for PvP and WoE)
Frost Diver = 1-10 (If you are slow caster for Storm Gust you can use this skill as an alternate before Jupitel Thunder).

High/Wizard:
Storm Gust = 10 (A must for wizard good for leveling, Pvp and WoE combine with Jupitel Thunder)
Jupitel Thunder = 10 (See Above)
Water Ball = 5 (This is a tricky skill, You can only use it if you are in a water therefore most monsters nearby are water property, However Sage's skill Deluge can make this skill a 1-shot 1-kill because the damage will be so powerful.)
Lord of Vermilion = 10 (Good for water property monsters and some MVPs. Can Blind enemies)
Quagmire =1-5 (Optional, Good skill to slow enemies during WoE and will remove their Agi Buffs. Does not work against MVPs.)
Amplify Magic Power = 10
Gravitation Field = 5
Magic Crasher = 1
Soul Drain = 10
The rest of the skills are at your own will.

Equipments:

Weapon:
Rod [4] Quad Drops or Fabre Card if you prefer more dex or Vit.
Arc Want [2] Andre Larva Card. or replace with Drops or Fabre.
Wizardry Staff [0] No card to place but has good bonuses and matk. Can't wear shields so not that good in Pvp or WoE survival.
Note: You don't need to refine your weapons as it will not increase your magic attack, However you can upgrade them to safe upgrade for some situations.

Upper Head:
Apple of Archer Dex+ 3
Purple Cowboy Hat [1]
Any head gear with [1] and place elder willow card if your not that rich.


Middle Head:
Blush of Groom [1]
Robo Eye [1]
Otherwise if you don't have much to spend just use Opera Masque.

Anything if you can't afford to create CBG yet.

Osiris Card (In this server it reduces casting time by 10%)

Phen Card (Good for starters and slow casters as this card will prevent cancelling your casting but has +25% increase casting time penalty.)

Leveling Areas
1-10: (Novice) south of prontera whack everything especially pupae. or go east after south and kill rockers and poporings (faster)
20-40: Learn cold bolt and go to payon. go east twice and just hit greatest generals with cold bolt.
41-60: You can stay in payon if you dont want to learn other skills or warp to einbroch go north and kill geographers with Fire Bolt. You can also learn Soul Strike and warp to Glast Heim Prison.
60-99: You can either stay in Glast Heim or Geographer or if you have proper equips or a priest you can go to Aldebaran High Orcs or Magma Dungeon and just Storm Gust+Jupitel as you want. Also you can go east+east of comodo and Hit anolians with either Jupitel Thunder or Lord of Vermilion, Make sure your Fire Wall, Ice Wall or Safety Wall is ready.
